1.45pm - 2.30pm Coaching Set 3
2.30pm - 2.40pm Break
2.40pm - 3.20pm Matches
3.20pm - 3.30pm Sprints and Warm Down

There is limited space available for the squads (max 12) so please let me know early if you wish to attend.
